Your First Visit

Prior to Your first visit

When you book an appointment you will receive a confirmation email which includes the date and time of your appointment.

You will also receive a reminder email 3 days before your appointment is due as well as a text message 24 hours before your appointment..

The email also contains two attachments which we kindly ask to complete before attending your appointment. These are:

  • Consent Form

  • General Health Questionnaire

Please ensure you complete both these forms before your first appointment and be sure to Include as much detail as possible when completing the ‘General Health Questionnaire’.

All information provided is strictly confidential and is never shared with any third parties.

During Your Visit

Please try to get to your appointment early to allow for parking and so our clinic can run to time

On arrival, you will be welcomed by one of our lovely receptionists, they will check you in and make sure that all your paperwork has been completed.

All our Chiropodists / Podiatrists are HCPC registered and members of the ‘Royal College of Podiatry’ society.

On average an appointment takes up to 30 minutes, but will always take as long as necessary. During the appointment all necessary treatments(s) will be carried out to the highest of standards

A suitable treatment plan is then created, whether this is routine care, a short sequence of appointments or as and when you need us
